We went to this restaurant because of a picture in the Sardinia magazine with a Pane Frattau.  I searched which restaurant offered this in Cagliari and Panefratteria came up.  We endured the July hot weather and found the restaurant with good air conditioning and water and wine ready to go!  The food was excellent and exceeded my expectations.  Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful interior of the restaurant.  The steak and the lamb were excellent.  We also had the steak tartar and a salad which were very good.  The service and staff were top notch.  Our only complaint would be the price of wine by the glass 7 and 8 euros each for just a mediocre wine.
